'High-Energy Goji-Cashew-Cacao Trail Mix' Recipe

Cashew, Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs Trail Mix photo by Joanna StevenRich in protein, antioxidants and minerals, this raw vegan energy mix is the best pick-me-up around. No refined-flour pretzels baked in hydrogenated fat here! So whether you are out for a long day of shopping, on a summer hike in the mountains, or just hungry between meals, try this healthy, delicious and easy to prepare snack.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 cup goji berries

  • 1/3 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Directions
Toss the ingredients together and keep in a small reusable bag for a quick and easy snack!
