![]() We all know we should aim for at least five servings of fruits a day, but while many people fail to reach this requirement on any given day, green smoothie drinkers do it all the time—often in a single glass. One example is this delicious recipe that combines an apple, a peach and a banana with some cherries, blackberries and greens. It makes about 5 cups. Ingredients (serves 2)
